Bedroom, Living Room & Common Areas

Dust all accessible surfaces Wipe down all mirrors and glass fixtures Remove cobwebs Clean all floor surfaces ​Sills wiped down Take out garbage and recycling

Bathroom Cleaning

Wash and sanitize shower, tub and sink Toilets scrubbed and disinfected, including base and behind Dust all accessible surfaces ​Remove cobwebs Mirrors leaned and polished Light switches cleaned Clean all floor surfaces Waste bin cleaned and left shining

Kitchen Cleaning

Dust all accessible surfaces Remove cobwebs Empty sink and load up dishwasher with dirty dishes Wipe down exterior of stove, oven and fridge ​Sinks scrubbed and left shining Inside and outside of microwave Clean all floor surfaces Tak out garbage and recycling

For a deeper clean, consider adding more time (upon request)

​Regular Cleaning or Deep/ Move in-out Cleaning

Items completed depends on the amount of time that you allow and the conditions of your home. All our clients get great value for the time, as our cleaners are very efficient.

Cleaning Supplies

All cleaning equipment and supplies are included and we use eco-friendly, non-toxic products.

​Move-in/out Cleaning Checklist

EVERYWHERE

• Dust all ledges
• Clean the windows and windows frames, balcony floor and railings. Balcony track cleaned.
• Clean the door knobs and fingerprints
• Wipe down all light switches & electrical switch/outlet plates
• Vacuum all floors and carpets
• Get rid of all cobwebs
• Steam Carpet cleaned (additional cost)

BATHROOM

• Get soap scum off the bathroom tiles and tub/shower and bleach the grout
• Clean out the bathroom drawers and vanity
• Clean the mirror , and top of the cabinet. Dust the light fixtures. Wipe the electric outlets
• Clean and shine up the sink and faucet
• Clean the toilet, sink, countertop and floor.
• Vacuum out the surface of the exhaust fan if dusty.

KITCHEN/APPLIANCES

• Clean out all cabinets inside and liners
• Wash the front of the cabinets
• Clean and disinfect all countertops
• Clean the oven inside and out. and out.
• Scrub the oven inside and out.
• Clean the dishwasher and the microwave
• Clean and shine up the sink and faucet
• Clean kitchen hood exhaust fan

LAUNDRY

• Clean the dryer´s lint in the dryer

BALCONY/ PATIOS (if any)

• Swept of all leaves and debris and wash decks
• Rails / partitions cleaned
• Glass cleaned
